Day 7 of my christmas countdown is a recipe for a Strawberry Pomegranate Cocktail - talk about looking like Christmas in a Glass!

Such a simple recipe with only a few ingredients, but maximum impact for a Christmas tipple.

STRAWBERRY POMEGRANATE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

1 - 2 tbsp chilled pomegranate juice per glass, chilled
sparkling wine, chilled

To Serve
pomegranate arils/seeds
small strawberries, halved
strawberry flowers

METHOD

Pour 1 - 2 tbsp of chilled pomegranate juice into each Champagne flute or coupe. Top with chilled sparkling wine. Add a strawberry half, pomegranate arils/seeds, and a strawberry flower to each glass.

Serves 8
